When you send an enquiry
We store what you enter in the form (name, company, email, phone, business details and message) so that we can reply. With it we record the time, your IP address, approximate location, browser and device. This helps us prevent spam and misuse.
Visit statistics
If you allow it, we record the pages you view, the site that referred you, your device and browser, screen size, language, time zone, IP address and approximate location (country, region, city). We store a small first-party cookie so that repeat visits are counted as one visitor. We do not sell this information or share it with advertisers.
Your choice is remembered in your browser. To change it, clear this site’s data in your browser settings and reload the page.
Location lookups
Approximate location is worked out from the IP address using an IP location service. Only the IP address is sent to that service.
Who can see it
Authorised staff of Trillion Business Community, through a password-protected admin portal that keeps a log of who viewed or changed records.
